Los Gigantes

Room 12 was very spacious, with a lovely sea view and a great balcony. The staff were pleasant, and bars and restaurants were all an easy walk away. The pool is small, but clean, and there was always a lounger available, even with the usual people reserving sunbeds at silly hours. I'd recommend staying here without hesitation.

My reservation was canceled at the last minute, even though I'd booked this hotel three months earlier at a good price. With almost no time left, there weren't many options and prices were simply inflated. I asked them either to find me another hotel, even in a different area, or to cover the price difference at a new one. Nobody replied. Choose somewhere else if you don't want to end up in the same position. P.S. In your response to my review, you suggested Booking.com works with scammers and doesn't check who it's dealing with?

Everything we needed was close by, and the team made us feel very welcome, especially Juan and Otto. The apartments were cleaned nearly every day. A perfect place for a great holiday, and we'll be back soon. Many thanks to everyone at Sombrero.

The rooms were basic but clean, and the staff were friendly. The location was excellent for getting to restaurants, buses, and shops. My only disappointment was being given two single beds after asking for a double.
