The hotel rooms were spacious and really pretty, and we had a great stay. We also loved the historic touches, gorgeous gardens, and public areas, and the staff were very helpful. Since we were driving, finding the exact spot in the historic area was difficult. A larger sign by the street where the parking lot is would make it easier to find than the front entrance.

Such a beautiful historic hotel, with charming rooms that are really well equipped. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Shame we could only stay for one night.

We stayed in connecting rooms with a little sitting room for the family, and the hotel had character everywhere you looked. It sits right in the heart of the village, with welcoming service. The garden and terrace were so peaceful, a lovely spot to sit and relax.

10/10
The staff were outstanding, the decor was a joy to take in, and the garden was absolutely beautiful. You can see how much effort and detail have gone into the building. Parking was excellent, and breakfast was great, with very helpful staff again. The hotel isn't open to the public, which makes the experience feel very private and exclusive. Our room on the second, attic floor didn't feel five-star, though. It really needed at least a dormer window and better flooring.

We spent four lovely nights here and were very happy with the room and the hotel's comfortable sitting areas. The staff we met were excellent, especially Eva & Belén at reception, who helped us so much. In the cool November weather, it was lovely to have the log fires carefully tended in both sitting rooms. I'd absolutely recommend this place for a visit to this lovely medieval town.
