We really enjoyed breakfast outside with the countryside views, and parking was essential for us. Our room was clean and spacious, with a balcony, and the staff were very friendly. It's a pretty, traditional hotel for a great price. Just keep in mind there's no lift because it's an older building, and the winding stairs to the top floor can be awkward with heavy suitcases. I'd definitely recommend it.

The hosts were the highlight for me. The family running the place were lovely, shared ideas for things to see around there and Cantabria, and suggested places to eat. I really appreciated that. Breakfast was good, and parking was essential since parking everywhere else in the area was paid. It's about a three-minute walk to the old town. The room was basic but very clean, with what you need on holiday. My only gripe was the tiny bathroom. A sliding door would make it feel much less cramped. I highly recommend the place.

We loved our stay and will definitely come back. The rooms are really spacious, everything was spotless, and the service was outstanding. It's simple and unpretentious, but very nice. Thanks for making the visit so enjoyable.

Ismael was so kind and helpful, giving us ideas for outings and recommending some impressive places. The stay felt like being at home, with everything clean and cozy. The bathroom is a little cramped, and a sliding door would be more comfortable, but it's clean and everything works perfectly. I'd recommend it if you want to feel like part of the family. If we return to Santillana, we'll stay here again.
