The air conditioning wasn't working, and the vending machine was out of order. It was noisy, and nobody was at reception. I wouldn't recommend it.

The breakfast was lovely, and the place was quite nice.

The room was damp, filthy, and smelled so strongly of mold that we couldn't breathe when we opened the door. The refrigerator was covered in mold, and the bedspread was wet. It was meant to be a romantic weekend for our anniversary, but the room wasn't even the one we had booked. The decor was also horrendous, tacky, and over the top. We asked to move, but the only solution offered was a refund, which we accepted because the smell was unbearable. The owner came up with an excuse that the dampness was from sun coming through the skylight, even though she knew what the place was like. We went to show her the dampness, but she left us alone to collect our things and wouldn't let us show her anything. She didn't even say goodbye. Another couple was complaining when we were there too, which was understandable. We booked through Booking.com. The owner told us she'd refund us and said to relax, that all she had to do was click an email from Booking.com for it to happen automatically. But Booking.com later told us the owner refused the refund. She then blocked me on WhatsApp so I couldn't get in touch. We'd held back from writing an honest review because we thought she'd return our money. Instead, she kept the 180 euros even though we hadn't been there for five minutes. This ruined our weekend. The place was disgusting, the service was terrible, and I think the owner was dishonest and acted in bad faith by keeping money that wasn't hers. I'd never go back, even if they gave it to us for free and paid us extra. Please don't go. I hope karma catches up with her, and that nobody else gets taken in like we did.
