The food was excellent throughout our stay, with plenty of fresh choices and good variety at breakfast and dinner. The main pool was a good size for cooling off in the midday heat, and having a private pool in our suite made things even more relaxing. Entertainment was mostly very good. A couple of nights were quieter, but that seemed more down to some guests not wanting to join in than to the entertainment team, who always put in a lot of effort. We stayed in mid-May in a Grand Suite with a private pool and terrace. It was beautiful, spacious, modern, and luxurious, with such a stunning view that it was hard to leave the terrace. From arrival, the stay felt special: we were greeted with a glass of fizz, a lovely touch. By the end, we felt like part of the TUI BLUE Victoria family, not just guests. The hotel staff were friendly, welcoming, and happy to help. Mar greeted us warmly every morning and evening and treated us like friends. Fran at the rooftop bar made some of the best cocktails of our holiday and added to the relaxed atmosphere. Those personal touches made the stay memorable. It was a wonderfully relaxing holiday in a beautiful setting, and we came home talking about when we could return. We absolutely will be back.

The complimentary rooftop dining experience is something we'll never forget. The setting was fabulous, the food gorgeous, and the staff attentive. The hotel itself was tastefully done and spotlessly clean. From the moment we arrived, everyone was helpful and friendly, and we were treated like royalty. Check-in was enjoyable, with a glass of cava to start the holiday off well. We'll be back next year for sure. Having travelled all over the world, it's hard for us to understand any negative reviews.

We visited for a week in October last year (2025), for some sun before the mad Fester Rush. The staff were great and super friendly, from reception and the spa to the bar and housekeeping. Everywhere was immaculately clean, in both public and private areas. Food was great, with plenty to choose from, including healthy and less healthy options, lots of fruit and yogurt, cakes, and patisserie items. We upgraded to a suite, which was absolutely the best move for us, and I can guarantee the extra money was worth it. Check-in was super smooth and we got a very warm welcome with a glass of cava. The hotel is in a great location, two minutes from the beach, with a bus stop across the road that can take you pretty much all over the island if you want to travel independently. We used the sauna, and I also had a really lovely massage. I had a really good experience and would absolutely go back.

We got back on Saturday after what was an absolutely amazing week. Staff across reception, bar, restaurant, housekeeping, and elsewhere were lovely from start to finish and made sure our stay was above and beyond. A big thank you to the fourth-floor housekeeping team for keeping our room clean, and especially to the housekeeping lady with blondish hair and glasses who went above and beyond while on shift to look after us. We loved the cocktail-making class on Thursday; the bar manager aced it. We came home well fed and rested. Huge shout-out to Mamba, the waiter in the bar. He's a legend and an asset, and made our week. We've already booked for 2026 and can't wait to return. Huge thank you for having us. Roll on 2026!
