The rooms and the rest of the property are spacious, well equipped, and well maintained. Breakfast was more than decent. It seems like it could be a good summer option if you don't mind crowds and want spa facilities.

The breakfast was done really well and came with the room at a great price. The hotel and location are both wonderful, and this has to be one of the best-value places I've found. A solid four-star stay for the price. We'll definitely return, whether for a short break or another full week.

We came back for a second stay and enjoyed it just as much. The service all around makes it easy to relax. The location is lovely, with Santiago city and the airport not far away. Great value, and breakfast was lovely too.

My mom left her Apple Watch in her robe, and it was gone when we got back. The room hadn't been cleaned yet, but someone had clearly been in there. We called the front desk and returned right away, but they brushed us off and didn't seem interested in helping. The hotel itself was nice, but don't stay here if you care about your belongings or customer service. If the watch turns up, I'd be glad to reconsider this review.

The indoor spa and relaxation area, with its pool, was breathtaking. Our room had a king-size bed, an LCD TV, and a great balcony view. Parking and wifi were free, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Fair price too. I'd come back.
