José and Matt are just lovely. We spent three unforgettable days there, swapping stories and laughing a lot. In Los Monegros, Los Chicos de Lastanosa is a must-see: a green little oasis with a garden, a warmly welcoming feel, and a renovated house decorated with real elegance. And there's a one-of-a-kind restaurant for the region, too.

The room opened straight onto the garden and jacuzzi, and the whole place was so peaceful. Breakfast was wonderful, especially the muffins José María's mother made. We spent two days there and had an incredible time, from the hosts' hospitality to the care and taste they put into restoring and decorating the building. A 10 out of 10, and we'd love to come back. Thanks, guys, it was such a pleasure meeting you ❤️
