Thanks to the staff at the Hostal Segovia/San Francisco for their attention, friendly service, and kindness. I really appreciated it all. One suggestion: please ask for information about the new complex at 17 Cervantes Street. Something unique!

When I stayed in 2022, the staff were very friendly and accommodating when I asked to extend my stay or have the room cleaned. For 70-80 euro, the rooms are good quality, even if they feel a little cramped. The main drawback for me was noise from being so close to Azoguejo. Still, most people book here to see Acueducto and the surrounding area, so that probably won’t be a problem in most cases.

The location was great, and the bed was okay. The reception process felt dull, and they even messaged asking me to arrive earlier than the latest time listed by booking.com. The room was very small and the shower extremely small too, but for one night it was okay.

The service was great and responsive, and the balcony had a perfect view straight onto the aqueduct. This is much more than a 1-Star hotel! Such a lovely spot, I recommend it.

The only real plus was being close to the akvedukt. They gave us the impression parking was available, but it turned out to be far away and we had to carry our bags from there. Service was bad, and the room was too small and didn’t feel fresh.
