From the quick check-in to the really clean room and amenities, everything was perfect. I sincerely couldn't recommend it more.

It was reasonable. We tried several times to get into the kitchen, but it was always locked. There wasn't any coffee or tea, even though those were listed. We also had trouble getting into the rooms, and the entry codes should be simpler. Parking was accessible, but paid.

Very clean facilities, and a great spot very close to the aqueduct. Guests get complimentary items such as mineral water and tea. We'll definitely stay here again on our next trip to this beautiful city.

The room was well equipped, with a big bed, large-screen TV, armchair, air conditioning, and more. Complimentary coffee and water are available in the lounge. The location is a real plus: the Aqueduct, Plaza Mayor, and Alcázar are all within a five-minute walk. Highly recommended in Segovia.

The service was super friendly and professional, and everything else was amazing too: spotless, lovely decor, and an incredibly comfortable bed. It's only a five-minute walk from the Aqueduct, yet the area is quiet.
