Every person we met was welcoming, attentive, and ready to help. From the warm greeting by the concierge to checkout, everything went smoothly. The hotel is stunning, and our room felt luxurious and very comfortable, especially the beds, some of the most comfortable I've slept in. It was a highlight of our time in Seville, and we'd gladly come back.

We had a booking issue, and the concierge was a tremendous help. The service was great, and the hotel is beautiful and charming, a classic for a reason. For a heritage property, the gym was also great. Having breakfast in the courtyard is a lovely, civilized way to start the day.

What made this a favorite for me was the beautiful setting throughout and the staff, who made our visit memorable by working hard to meet all our needs. The rooms were comfortable, updated, and well serviced. It's a beautiful property with a rich history and a first-class operation, and one of the most well-rounded places I've stayed.

We had coffee and cakes at the hotel, sitting at a table overlooking the garden. The service and what we were served were superb, and the prices were very reasonable. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. Even the toilets were amazing, with lovely blue tiling. Someone suggested this as a way to enjoy the atmosphere without staying overnight, and it was a great alternative to a nearby coffee shop.

On my birthday, after I'd been out all day, I came back to a lovely surprise: a card, a bottle of Cava on ice, and chocolate cake, all beautifully laid out. The courteous service desk staff and the turn-down service were delightful too. My experience at HAXIII was unrivalled, and breakfast was top-notch. Thank you to the team for making it so memorable. I'll definitely return.
