The location was decent, but I wouldn't stay here again. Getting the entry code took five or six hours after I landed in Sevilla, and communication with the owner was poor. There weren't clear instructions on the wall either. The rooms felt cramped and had no fresh air, with windows that opened inward. Noise came straight through the walls, so you could hear what people were doing next door. I'd pay a few euros more for somewhere better.

The rooms and bathrooms were clean, and the location was fairly good. The check-in setup was the big problem: there was no reception, and we ended up waiting outside for an hour. Their WhatsApp and texting system connects to staff across hostels in Madrid, Barcelona, and elsewhere, but it barely worked for us. It also asks you to send photos of your ID and credit card. I wouldn't feel comfortable sharing those, especially when that was needed before they would send the door code.
I was glad to get a private room for the same price as a dorm, since I travel in hostels often but I'm a light sleeper. I brought earplugs and a sleep mask, as usual. The room was small but worth the price, with a towel, two blankets, a bedside table, lamp, and shelf. The receptionist was really nice, and there are bathrooms on different floors, a kitchen, and a little rooftop terrace I loved. You can hear guests through the walls, and the bathroom ventilation kicked in loudly whenever someone used it. I still managed to sleep. The hostel has rules and even lovely drag queens reminding people to be considerate, but some guests don't care about others trying to rest. I can't blame the hostel for their behavior. I wasn't sure if the shower had hot water, since I was too lazy to ask at reception or get help. Despite those things, I had a nice stay, thanks!
The location was nice, and the bed was mostly comfortable, but the room smelled so bad that we had a hard time sleeping. We booked a double room with a private bathroom, which was gross when we arrived. I don't know if it had been cleaned: there was hair in the sink and shower, and chlorine from the toilet tablets had turned the floor blue. The sink was broken and took two days to get fixed. The elevator was broken too, with no mention of it, so we carried our heavy bags up two flights of stairs.
The rooftop terrace was a nice bonus, especially for a relaxed pre-drink when the sun had eased off. The location also worked well: near the city center, but quiet enough at night to sleep. I wasn't expecting much when I booked, so it was a lovely surprise. Everything was clean and well kept, and the staff made my bed every day. They were friendly and had useful recommendations too. A pleasant stay in Seville, and I'd suggest giving the place a chance.
