Apartamentos Avenida

The only real plus was the location. The apartment wasn't worth the money, and the street outside our window stayed noisy late into the night. Then the rubbish trucks came to empty the bins at 7 in the morning. We had no idea which unit we'd get when booking. There were clearly several different apartments advertised, but no photos of ours, so what we found was a surprise. The place was simply dirty. There was hair in the floor corners and on the bathroom walls, crumbs on a chair, and a dead cockroach. Little live ones came from the bathroom during our stay. Anything we touched in the kitchen needed cleaning too. The towels were stained or had holes. The cleaning lady offered replacements, but they were in the same condition, even the fresh bag she opened that had come straight from the laundry. The shower was badly made, and water flooded the whole bathroom. They'd left a broom and mop, but both were so worn and filthy they'd only make things worse, so we used the questionably clean towels to mop up the water. On our first day we told the owner about all of this, and he said it would be sorted the next day. When we came back, there were only "clean" towels and nothing else had been done. We contacted them again and were told they'd already changed the towels, that they didn't offer cleaning during a stay, and that they'd let us into the apartment before official check-in. But they hadn't cleaned it properly before our arrival either. I'd have rather waited until official check-in and walked into a properly cleaned apartment.

I can't give less than one star, though this place doesn't even deserve that. I won't repeat the details, but I agree with ALL the 1 star comments. This place is NOT RECOMMENDED. Avoid it !!!! 🤮

Right in the heart of Seville, the apartment is really big and almost clean :)

Great location, and the place was clean and comfortable.
