We were so disappointed that we left after the first night, even though we'd booked three. The apartment is close to the city center, with plenty of restaurants and a supermarket nearby, and parking available. We were freezing despite setting both air-conditioning units to max. The kitchen and bathroom need renovation, and the furniture is very old, with some pieces quite dirty. The living-room chair was wet and so filthy it looked as if someone had urinated on it. The beds, blankets, and sheets were old and smelled unpleasant.

We parked the car and left it there, getting around on foot and by tourist bus. The apartment was clean and tidy, and everything worked as promised. We were met at the agreed time by a lovely woman who showed us around. The location is handy and parking was reasonably priced, though the turn in from the street was a bit tight for my Kia Niro.

The terrace is spectacular, and the apartment itself was spotless and well equipped. It’s near Alameda de Hércules and close to the city center, with parking in the same building. The host is always available. A great choice for a pleasant few days in Seville.

Service, location, and cleanliness were all a 10. I loved the penthouse so much that I’d buy one just like it if I could. I hope I get to return.

We stayed in winter and found it decent. The center is just 20 meters away, an easy, pleasant walk. Hercules Park is right next door, with a nice atmosphere and outdoor cafes.
