The staff were really nice, though we didn’t have warm water in the shower. That was a letdown.

A basic pension in a nice part of Sevilla, with lovely owners.

The location is central and the staff are friendly, but the guesthouse has quite a few issues for the price. Street noise comes through the thin walls, and the mattress is old and worn. The room feels carelessly furnished, and Wi-Fi reception is weak. There was only ice-cold water in the bathroom. Getting there by car is difficult. A nearby parking garage is probably the best option, though those garages aren’t cheap.

I’ve stayed twice, once with friends and later with my partner. Both times the service was good, the rooms were kept up well, and the price felt reasonable. It’s in a good location. Just remember it’s a guesthouse, not a hotel, and with that in mind, it’s great.

The staff are welcoming and genuinely friendly, and the bed is comfortable even though the room is basic. It’s a handy base for a few days, on your own or as a couple, with Seville’s attractions close by.
