We were there for 11 days, and the trip was spoiled from the start. I travel around the world often and haven't had service this tragic in over 20 years. I chose the place because the booking showed a double bed for my wife and me and two separate sofas for our children, aged 13 and 10, so they could sleep apart. When we arrived in the evening, there was only one sofa. I had evidence of the booking, and it also confirmed two separate sofas. I immediately asked to move to a room with two sofas or have another added. I got no response for two days, while the children had to share the one sofa the next night, which was very uncomfortable. Before arrival, when payment was due, contact had been quick, including messages about the deposit. After two days, the booking platform admitted I was right and said it couldn't reach the owners. By then, I noticed the property had changed the room description to show only one sofa, but nobody told me. I sent many more messages over the next three days and got silence. The listed phone number wasn't answered, and calling it seemed to reach somewhere in Majorca, not Seville. After three days, my efforts finally got the owners to call. They apologized, but refused to change my room and said that if I didn't like it, I had to leave within an hour. The booking platform said it could no longer help and that it was the owner's decision. I felt the owner was rude and couldn't admit a mistake, and I called the owner a scammer. We should have received a refund for not getting the room we booked for 11 days, but I couldn't get in touch with the owner. There was no toaster either. During our three days there, the ground floor was flooded by what seemed to be a fake pool, and at night the lights throughout the property didn't work, so we had to walk up the stairs and corridors in the dark. Sevilla is a beautiful city, but the property and owner were classless and awful. What a cheat and brute.
