The house smelled so fresh when we walked in, and it immediately lifted my mood. Our room was clean, spacious, and peaceful, and the location was really good. The place is beautiful and definitely worth a visit.

A beautiful apartment in the heart of the old city, and better priced than similar places in Seville. We loved the rooftop plunge pool under the festoon lights, listening to the bells of Seville. A great place to stay.

We had an Exterior suite on the first floor, with lovely light and a view of the plaza. It was sparkling clean and soundproofed, which mattered a lot to us. The spot is central but away from the busiest tourist streets. The roof sun deck and pool were a nice extra, even in November. Staff were friendly and easy to reach, and communication was quick. We loved our stay and would return without hesitation. Thank you!

Both rooms were beautiful and looked just like the photos. They were quiet, the AC worked well, and they felt especially spacious for Europe. We got two complimentary bottles of champagne, plus a voucher for two glasses at their sister hotel’s rooftop near the cathedral, which had gorgeous views. We booked one interior-view apartment for us and a superior city-view apartment for his parents. They had no issues with theirs, but ours had noticeable mold across most of the shower ceiling, which felt like a serious health hazard. Online check-in was confusing too. I had to do it three times because they kept saying one person wasn’t checked in, switching between the son and father, who share the same name. We stayed two nights, and communication over WhatsApp was good. On checkout day, they’d offered to arrange a cab and we gave them the date we needed it. When I checked the morning we left, they said it had been booked for the wrong day. They first pointed us to a taxi stand a few blocks away, which was too far with all our luggage, then gave us the company number to call ourselves. We couldn’t get through and had to use Uber, which probably cost more and was inconvenient. The rooms were pretty and spacious, but the mold, check-in confusion, and taxi mix-up left me at three stars rather than four.
