We booked an apartment because of this location, but were given another one half an hour away.

We'd definitely return. The location is fantastic, and the room had everything we needed, including a kitchen, with really nice decor. The shared terrace is well worth going up to, whether in the daytime or at night. Staff were friendly, helpful, and very efficient whenever we dealt with them. There was some noise downstairs, but closing the windows made it bearable. In the city center, it was about as peaceful as you could expect. The bathroom was cold, though. We were there during the coldest days of the year in Seville, and the difference in temperature from the room was noticeable.

The apartment was very basic and extremely noisy, with bars and restaurants all around it. Delivery drivers showed up early in the morning, and the noise was unbearable. We had rented it for Easter week because of the location and the balcony overlooking Placentines Street. Even with all that, we tried to book it again for 2024 because it sits on a required route for religious processions going back to their headquarters. They kept giving us the runaround, then days later gave the first-floor apartment, the only one I'd recommend, to someone else, apparently either with more money or better connections. A truly despicable situation, worthy of the worst kind of people.

Right in the heart of Seville, and the windows do a great job keeping noise out. The automatic entry was especially handy when we arrived late. The decor is tasteful, with good use of the space in every room, and it never felt cramped. Plenty of room for two.
