The staff were fantastic and friendly, and the bed and sheets were very comfortable. The room itself was fine, and the old building is beautiful, so take the stairs if you can instead of only using the elevator. The location is good, though there isn't local parking, which is worth bearing in mind if you have big bags. The bathroom smell was the main problem. At first the room reeked of cleaning products, so we opened a window and went sightseeing. When we got back, the smell was less intense, but we realized the cleaners' scent had been covering sewage odor. It kept coming back and was quite disgusting. The bathroom also had poor ventilation, and the metal fixtures had corroded. The shower worked, though it wasn't nice to look at. The building's age may be behind the problem, but it needs to be dealt with.

We spent four days seeing the city and never needed transport. The hotel is close to everything, with clean, comfortable rooms, good beds, and a quiet atmosphere. We could come back for a siesta, too. The staff were all helpful, friendly, and honest.

We couldn't move rooms because none were available, even though we checked in as early as possible. The result was a terrible night's sleep, which affected our energy and enjoyment of Seville. The room had a powerful chemical cleaning smell that gave me some breathing trouble. We opened the windows and went out for a while. When we returned, it was obvious the chemicals had been used to cover sewage smells coming up from the sink, shower, and bidet. The hotel should check the plumbing and install U-bend pipes to keep the odors from coming through.

Everything is within walking distance from this very central hotel. We spent a week here and were really impressed. Our room was lovely, with a kettle, toiletries, TV, and safe. The staff were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble, especially the Brazilian girls behind the bar. We'll come back when we're next in Seville. Thank you.

A quaint little hotel in a great spot, right by the Plaza Nueva tram stop. The breakfast was excellent and affordable, and reception were very helpful. The room felt a bit small for a stay longer than a few days.
