We were disappointed that our Booking.com reservation wasn’t for the top-floor apartment with a terrace, as we thought it would be. The apartment we got was clean and spacious, with a lift and everything else we needed. Its old-town location was great, though the building entrance is in a pedestrian area, a key detail missing from the description for anyone arriving by car. The company owns the whole building, with one apartment per floor, so booking directly with them might be the best way.

I paid over £800 for the apartment and got only £48 back. When flight restrictions due to Covid 19 meant we couldn’t travel, they wouldn’t make any change to our booking or even move the dates. Their inflexible approach was very disappointing, and I wouldn’t book with them again.

Cristina was always attentive to what we needed. The building is near El Corte Inglés department store in central Seville, and has several rental apartments, one on each floor. We’d definitely rent there again if we return.

The room was clean, a decent size, and reasonably priced. With several restaurants and supermarkets nearby, it was easy to find food and shop. Getting to the attractions and train stations was less convenient, though. They’re too far to reach on foot, so we needed transport for every trip.
