The location was great, and the staff were quick to respond when we asked for a few things. I’d stay there again.

The accommodation was clean, beautifully decorated, and in an exceptional location. But the bed was awful, and the shower leaked all over the bathroom. The soundproofing is practically nonexistent: you hear people talking, laughing, and having drinks at the bar directly downstairs, along with singers, cars, construction, and church bells all night. I left more exhausted than I am after everyday life. There were also mistakes with the access code, which first left us locked out of the door and then our apartment. There’s no concierge service, so if you have luggage, you’ll need to pay an outside concierge on your arrival and departure days. Customer service was disastrous. Their only offer was to come inspect the noise, bed, and bathroom, or let us leave one night early. We were on vacation, not looking to spend time showing them problems already mentioned in other Booking.com reviews, which we’d checked too late. Finding alternative accommodation at a reasonable weekend price was impossible. Avoid this place.
