The bed was comfortable, the place was clean, and the kitchen had good equipment. The location is central but quiet, especially the bedroom. One night the automatic lock jammed the door. It took ages for anyone to come, and when a woman finally arrived, she didn’t know how to fix it. They spent time asking unnecessary questions instead of sorting it out, then waited an hour after the problem began to call a locksmith. By then it was already 11pm, and I had little reason to think the locksmith would come soon after their first response had taken 30 minutes. Frustrated and tired, I kicked the door and managed to unjam it. I’m giving three stars because the way they handled the issue was so slow.
