The location is the big plus, tucked into the old town’s winding little streets, and the price felt fair for what you get. Just know there aren’t always sidewalks, so you need to be ready to move quickly out of a car’s way. Our room was basic but clean and comfortable, with a renovated bathroom and a good shower. There’s no elevator, and what’s called the second floor is the third floor by American counting. Reception is only open for a few hours in the morning, though they sent the door codes clearly, so arriving late was easy.

We could walk around the city center and didn’t need transport. The hotel is close to the cathedral and AIRE Ancient baths, and the service was wonderful. Everyone was kind and took care of everything. Isabella at reception was especially helpful and went out of her way for us.

The managers were so friendly and helpful, and made everything easy for us. My mom and I stayed two nights in February, and it was very affordable then. Our room was clean and nicely decorated, with a comfortable bed. The shower was really hot, had great pressure, and the heater kept the room cozy. I’d stay here again.

The location is good, though in a city as walkable as Seville I’m not sure there’s much difference as long as you’re around the old town. The WhatsApp check-in details came promptly, and the taxi arrangement worked as promised. Reception is only there from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. For over 150 euros a night, especially with a possible weekend surcharge, I expected more. The lobby was dim, with just one lamp, and its timed lighting barely stayed on for a minute. With nobody at reception, the space felt unwelcoming and almost unusable at night. Our basic room wasn’t much better lit, and the desk lamp had no nearby outlet. There were only two coffee capsules for two people over two nights, and extra ones cost more. Since most breakfast places open at 9, having coffee first thing would’ve been nice. The generous Google reviews surprised me. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The reception staff were really kind, though reception closes at 6 p.m. The room was clean and cozy, and we could find almost everything we needed nearby. We had a good time and I’m happy to recommend the place. There was some nighttime noise, which seems normal for a hotel in the center. If you’re very sensitive to it, you might find it annoying, but it wasn’t a big deal for me.
