The two-room apartment was pleasant and had what we needed to feel at home in Seville. It’s in a nice neighbourhood, about a five-minute walk from Alameda de Hércules and a 20-minute walk from the city centre. I’d happily recommend staying here, despite a couple of small problems. On arrival, I hadn’t received the entry instructions, so I spent about 15-20 minutes at a nearby business trying to contact the administrators. They eventually got back to me and kindly sent the building and apartment code. One night, people in the apartment above partied and made noise until 1:30 AM. I had to knock and ask them to stop before we could sleep. One small suggestion for the administration: please check that the hand soap dispenser is filled before guests arrive. I had to go buy liquid soap, which isn’t a huge issue, but it would make arrival easier.

Spacious and fully functional, and very well located. I wouldn’t call it very clean.

It’s only two days into our 10-day stay, but the place and location have been great so far. I can’t fault anything. It’s my first time in Saville, and it’s a must-visit. I totally recommend it.

The apartment is well located, with places to eat, a supermarket, and transport nearby, and the service was very easy. We stayed as a family in Apartamento Duplex F for three days. The persistent pipe smell lasted the whole stay, even with the windows open. There was no TV, and the apartment, especially the Duplex, needs improvement. On the second night, a party broke out in one of the apartments. From the stream of people, there must have been around 15/20.
