Hilton Garden Inn Sevilla

The pool was a little cold, and I wouldn’t choose this place as a base for exploring Seville. It does work well if you need to be near the airport. We had half board for our one-night stay, with breakfast buffet and dinner included at no extra cost. There was also a Padel court we could use for free. The hotel itself was amazing, with great rooms and food. By A age 9

The staff were lovely. We had to head to the train station at 5:30 in the morning, and someone gave us hot coffee, which felt really warm and thoughtful. The room was spacious and comfortable, and breakfast was good. I stayed for two nights, February 12-14, 2026. It’s a bit away from central Sevilla, but an Uber was only around €10 to 18.

Getting to the centre takes a good 45 minutes between walking and waiting for the bus. Buses can run early or late, so allow plenty of time. I knew the location when I booked, so I’m not counting that against the hotel. I was in room 1005. The building looks modern from outside, and much of the interior does too, but several little things made the stay unpleasant. The elevators near the room make a loud click or clunk each time they move. In the bathroom, a lot of the silicone was going moldy, and one hairdryer button was broken, leaving it stuck on a single setting. A couple of times the room also smelled unpleasant, something other reviews have mentioned.

The room had a very unpleasant smell, and it could have been cleaner. The overall standard fell short of what I expected. Breakfast was very minimal too. I also found the location really inconvenient, far from everything. The staff came across as rude and unwelcoming, with little interest in helping guests. One receptionist in particular, the oldest one, was especially dismissive and unfriendly. There was just no basic hospitality, and it wasn't a pleasant stay.
