This isn't luxury, and I'd say it's worth maybe $25. The outside noise kept me up until 5 am, and there's an elementary school next door whose kids' screams woke me at 7:30am. The sound isolation is really bad. It was extremely hard to get the codes for the house and room, and I told them I was ready to call the police. The room is basic, with one useless chair, no table, and an extremely small TV. The shower only had warm water, not hot. No fridge, and the whole bathroom felt scary. I couldn't talk to staff or owners because everything was virtual, with virtual communication only. There's no parking at the property. I'll attach pictures.

We booked a room for my family and me, got a confirmation email, then couldn't reach the hotel to arrange access. I called several times and sent messages through its system, but nobody responded. Hotels.com support also repeatedly tried to contact them without success. By 9:00 PM on our arrival date, we still couldn't get in touch with anyone, so we had to book another hotel at our own expense to have somewhere to sleep. We did what we were supposed to do, but the hotel was unreachable and effectively unavailable. It's unfair that we're being charged for the reservation. I requested a refund and heard nothing for 3 days. Hotels.com tried too, without luck. Don't book here if you need a place to stay or don't want to lose your money. Update 07/15: the property's response to this review was the first time I heard from them, 18 days after our check-in date. I'm adding proof of my multiple calls, which went through the phone menu to a dead end, and a screenshot of my chat with the Hotels.com agent, who also tried calling without success. I'm also attaching a screenshot showing they didn't approve the refund. They never asked me for screenshots or pictures, they just denied it, despite never telling me how to access the room and leaving my family and me without a hotel that night. This is beyond terrible service.

The neighbourhood is quiet, with a street of delicious food just 5 minutes away. It's a reasonable distance from the centre and doesn't cost a lot.

I booked the Superior Double Room on the first floor for 6 nights, but stayed only 3 and paid for another hotel myself. I couldn't rest with the noise and uncomfortable mattress, and was quite disappointed. The mattress was uncomfortable, the room had no furniture or table to organize our things, and the sound insulation was VERY poor. On the first day I was woken at 4am by guests next door drinking and talking all night. Our room was inside the building and should have been the quietest, but the open hallway from the ground floor meant we could hear conversations in the lobby and anyone entering the hotel. With the window closed, there wasn't enough light in the room either. The reception was welcoming, the place was clean, and the location was convenient. I messaged the staff member in charge on "what's app" about the noise and bed. She sent a couple of messages to check whether things improved, and I told her they hadn't really. Nothing further came of it, so I left. Not a place for light sleepers or a long stay.

Triana is a fun little part of Seville, with several Tapas bars and flamenco shows close by. The Royal Alcazar, Seville Cathedral, and Plaza de Espana are all within a 20-minute walk, which is the main draw. The rooms are simple and clean. The bed was comfortable enough, though it creaked a little when I rolled over trying to fall asleep.
