The location and staff were the only real positives for me. The room is small, and the toilet and bathroom are tiny. You keep bumping into the glass in the shower, and the lavabo sink is outside the bathroom by the closet 😀. They didn't provide a toothbrush, toothpaste, or even tissues. If you're travelling alone and want to be in the shopping area, it could work. For two people, there are better options in the same price range.

The hotel looks lovely and sits in the heart of Seville, and the staff are pleasant and helpful. But the walls are thin, with doors slamming through the night and loud people moving along the corridors. The aircon switches to heating when it gets too "cold," so if you're from a colder climate, you may end up sleeping in a hot room. There aren't any amenities in the hotel, though nearby coffee shops sell great quality coffee.

The lobby has flavored water and little snacks, and there’s a coffee shop in the building. It’s also a handy base for Sevilla’s main sights, including the Cathedral, Alcazar, and plenty of good places to eat. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and the staff made us feel very welcome. The bathroom was a bit cramped and the bed slid around, but for the price I can’t really complain. I’d stay again, 5/5.

The frosted glass bathroom door didn’t give much privacy, and with the room being small, sounds carried too. We also couldn’t adjust the heating or cooling ourselves. It got very cold at night, and reception said only they could switch it to heating, which was ridiculous and made things uncomfortable. The room itself was clean and new, just as compact as the online listing suggested, and the reception staff were friendly. The location was perfect. Basic things like cotton pads, a shower cap, and slippers were missing, which was inconvenient.
