Apartamentos Magna Sevilla

Seville was wonderful and we had a great trip. The apartments were easy to access, the staff were really nice, and they replied right away on WhatsApp. The location was great, about 15 minutes from everywhere. Our room was cozy, though it had previously flooded, leaving swollen wood around the door frames and elsewhere. It was a bit noisy, but after walking over 20,000 steps a day, we came back and fell asleep straight away. Great place, recommend!

I booked at the last minute for a slightly lower price, but next time I'd come straight back even if this hotel cost more than the others. They let me into the room an hour early because I was tired, and the facilities were good. Communication was great, too. As I was leaving, a staff member asked how I was and whether I needed anything, which was so nice. Thanks to the owner. I highly recommend this place.

The room was hot, and they never moved us or replaced the AC. Seville is hot, so be aware. The location was nice, but hardly anyone was there and the service was terrible. We never had enough toilet paper or towels for the number of people in the room. We told them four times to fix the AC and they never did. I don't recommend it.

The apartment sits right above a nightclub, and the listing doesn't mention it. Every night, the music shook the walls until 6 a.m. There were large cockroaches inside, too. The AC was broken and only made noise while the rooms stayed hot. The blackout blinds wouldn't shut, so between the bass, the heat, and light pouring in at 5 a.m., sleep wasn't happening. When I brought all this up, the manager said it wasn't their problem. The photos look nothing like the actual place. Book elsewhere.
