The hotel has a modern, elegant feel, and the staff were warm and attentive, especially Gloria Ines R.R. Sara C. Breakfast had a good range of choices. It’s close to Plaza de Espana but a little farther from the city centre. There’s a supermarket and a few restaurants nearby, and getting a local taxi or Uber was easy.

What I’ll remember most is the service. The front desk team were so helpful, and Ines (R.R.) greeted everyone at breakfast with a smile. She was very patient when I couldn’t remember my room number before coffee. Gloria and Juan Diego were great too. Later I ran into Ines at the pool bar, where she helped me choose from the menu. I’ll think of her fondly when I talk about my travels. The pool was fantastic, breakfast was excellent, and the lobby was clean, modern, welcoming, and smelled amazing. It’s easy to get around from here and well placed for the sights. The rooms have what you need for a longer stay, although I wished the beds were more comfortable, the sheets softer, and the frosted glass in the bathrooms made more sense. Seville is beautiful, and this hotel is a real gem.

Getting to the main parts of the city was easy from here, and the hotel is in a very good location. The rooms are very spacious, and all the areas felt great. There are lots of comforts throughout, and the staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast deserves a mention too, the buffet had everything you could want, and after a big breakfast like that you won’t feel like you need lunch.

The bar was the highlight for us. Fernando was a fantastic bartender and mixologist, knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. He made us some great drinks and introduced us to local wines and spirits. The bar food was good too, as was the restaurant, and Andrea was a friendly, helpful server. We were in town for a city break, and Melia Sevilla suited us well. Our standard room was comfortable enough, though nothing special, and the shower and toilet area felt cramped. The breakfast buffet offered plenty of choice but was short on some hot options. Its long service hours made for a relaxed start to the day. The weather was wet and windy, so the lounge was a pleasure to sit in, and late checkout was great. We had a very good stay with excellent service.
