The staff were what made our stay special. Everyone was genuinely kind, welcoming, and helpful, and they helped us plan our itinerary and offered recommendations. That made exploring Sevilla much easier and more enjoyable. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hotel sits in a quiet area but is still close to everything, so getting around was easy. We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back.

The reception team were courteous, respectful, and cooperative throughout. Maria deserves special mention: she genuinely tried to help, came with me to inspect alternative rooms, and was professional and kind the whole time. My disappointment is with management’s final decision, not the reception staff. I was in Room 206 and found ants and black insects throughout the bedroom and living area. I reported it, then inspected four other rooms with hotel staff. The same kind of insects showed up in several rooms on different floors. On the first day, I was told that if I left because of these conditions, the hotel would keep the cost of one or two nights and refund the rest. With that understanding, I agreed to move rooms so we could see whether the problem was isolated. The next morning I woke with swollen lips, skin irritation, and significant discomfort. I have a history of allergies, and the health concerns made me feel unsafe staying there, so I had to check out early. After I told the hotel I was leaving for health and safety reasons, its position changed. Despite the earlier discussion of a partial refund, I was then told there would be no refund and they would keep the full €1,620. Keeping the entire €1,620 despite the documented situation, insects in multiple rooms, and the health issues I experienced while traveling alone felt unfair and showed a lack of responsibility and compassion. I paid for safe, comfortable accommodation, not to spend my stay worrying about insects and my health. Across all my travels in Europe and the United States, I’ve never experienced anything like this. It was deeply disappointing.

The apartment was beautiful inside and was cleaned impeccably every day. There’s a lovely courtyard as you enter, and the spacious rooms have a kitchenette. Service was very friendly, and replies through online booking were quick. The area was quiet and felt safe, with no sound issues, but bars, restaurants, and the busy city centre were an easy walk away. We could have used a full-length mirror and a tea towel for the kitchenette. Thanks for a lovely stay, we’d definitely recommend it.

Maria at the front desk was super friendly, kind, and helpful. It’s a nice hotel with a beautiful foyer and courtyard, and an excellent location right in the hub of Sevilla. Being at the centre of things was both a plus and a drawback, though, and the street-facing rooms are honestly pretty loud.
