We could walk to all the main attractions from this very well located apartment. It was clean, well maintained, and had what we needed for a short stay. There isn't much room inside, and the outdoor space wasn't very usable.

The location is excellent, close to Setas and the other sights, with restaurants and bars nearby. The street itself was quiet despite being so central. There’s no reception in the building, but they send you separate entry codes for the building and apartment. We felt safe leaving our things there. The apartment was ready when we arrived and good value for money. You can see some signs of use, but the bed was comfortable, the linen and bathroom were clean, and there were enough blankets. It also had basic dishes, a fridge, and a coffee machine with capsules.

I had to cancel because my child became ill, and I sent the request several days before the stay was due to begin. I’d booked with free cancellation and hoped the hotel would be understanding and work with me in this unusual situation. Instead, my complaint through Booking was rejected, and the hotel wasn't willing to help or make any accommodation. I'm very disappointed with how they handled this, and it will definitely affect my opinion of the place.

I only discovered a day after my booking was supposed to start, when I checked in, that my booking.com reservation had been marked Cancelled without my knowledge or an explanation. The way I was treated felt rude and unprofessional. I’ll take my lawyer’s advice and file an official complaint and report the business.
