Novotel Sevilla

Breakfast had a great selection, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options, with everything we needed to start the day. The reception and breakfast teams were amazing, polite, and welcoming. Rooms were comfortable, clean, and spacious. The hotel is a short walk from the metro, and it's easy to get to by car or public transport. The airport bus stop is just five minutes away. Most attractions are around a 20-30 minute walk, though public transport is right there if you'd rather use it. I'd definitely stay again and recommend it.

The staff were lovely and accommodating. We forgot our buggy before travelling, and they had a spare one for us, which was an absolute lifesaver. Breakfast was okay, and the room was okay too, but it needs updating, especially the bathroom. The air conditioning unit is very old as well. The location is good, with local transport and amenities close by.

We had a very good room on the 8th floor, and transport was close by. There were lots of young boys staying there at the same time, so the hotel was a bit noisy, but we didn't hear any of it in our room. Very good hotel.

The hotel cafe served good food, and there’s a nearby shopping mall with plenty of shops and places to eat. The Sevilla football club stadium is next door, which could be a good reason to plan a match visit in advance. But getting to the historic city center takes about a 2 km walk, or a tram or taxi. We were disappointed by how thin the walls were. We could hear the neighbors as if they were in the same room, and late-night street noise, especially large garbage trucks, seriously disrupted our sleep. Housekeeping and the bathroom condition were also disappointing. There was visible black mold in the grout throughout the bathroom, which we found unacceptable for a 4-star hotel. The room didn't have slippers or bathrobes, and reception politely told us the hotel doesn't provide slippers at all.
