Good value for the price, with a clean room, a great bathroom, good service and a handy location.

The room was spacious and nice, but I hardly slept during my three nights because the street noise was so loud. There are restaurants and bars nearby, and you can clearly hear passing cars and buses. They sent around 50 messages on booking.com promoting airport pickup, which was annoying. One or two would have been enough. On the second day nobody cleaned my room, even though I put the sign out from 9am to 3pm. The next day they cleaned it when I hadn't bothered putting the sign out. They could at least leave a bottle of water and some coffee. It wouldn't cost much and would be a nice gesture.

The terrace has been renovated and looks really beautiful. I found check-in easy since it's all digital, but if you won't have data, check the instructions beforehand in case reception is closed when you arrive. My bed in room 7 was comfortable, the shower was hot with great pressure, and the clean room was a good size. The busy location on the Alameda is about a 20-minute walk from the city centre. The street noise was a real problem for me. I didn't hear other guests, but cars and people outside came through very clearly, so this could be a deal breaker if noise affects your sleep. Water also leaked out of the shower doors every time, leaving the bathroom floor flooded. I used all the spare towels to dry it. The windows had been left open before I arrived, and flies and mosquitos stayed in the room throughout my visit.

For Seville, the price was very low and we got a spacious room with lots of daylight from a big window and a small Juliette balcony. The bathroom was a good size too, so I was very happy with the room. The awkward part was leaving our suitcases for a day. There was nobody at reception, so we had to take a taxi to another hotel about 10 minutes away.
