The room had no windows, and it felt like a dark little dungeon. We joked each day about heading back to our “hole.” For $210 a night, the furnishings were very basic, the room wasn't cleaned, the garbage wasn't collected, and there was nobody around to ask for help. The breakfast we didn't eat was just a packaged muffin, a small croissant, and a small cookie, so we went to a cafe instead. The photos show rooms with windows, which ours didn't have. I don't consider that acceptable, and in the US you technically need a window for a room. We'll never stay with this hotel brand again. The Travelocity reviews were wrong, which makes me question the service.

The little details made this two-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms and a kitchen feel so thoughtfully put together. They even had a great tea selection, an iron, a hair diffuser, and a hair dryer, along with everything else we could need. I’m sure a woman is behind the care and organization here. This is the most beautiful place we’ve ever stayed. It completely blew us away, so if you’re reading this, book it without a second thought!

For an August stay, this was good value. We had plenty of room for three, including two bathrooms, in a nice apartment right in the city center. The internet stayed reliable for meetings and videos. In the morning, breakfast was left at the door: fresh orange juice, a cookie, a chocolate roll, and an apple.

Everything was spotless, and the apartments are really nicely designed. They’re stocked with all sorts of useful basics, including coffee tablets, dishwasher tablets and soap, salt, pepper, and oil. The location also made it easy to explore the city. But the bedroom insulation was so poor that I couldn’t sleep well, with cars racing down the street every five seconds. I raised it with customer service, and they didn’t seem to take the issue seriously.
