Palace House Hércules

This was the worst apartment ever. I wish I could give it -1000. We were on the ground floor. On our first day, there was a spiderweb with lots of insects under the side table. The next morning, ants were all over the floor. I complained to the owner and she sent someone to clean, but the place was disgusting to begin with. On the third day, we found a dead cockroach on the floor inside the room, along with two or three worms, flies, and mosquitoes. I have more photos like the ones below, but Booking wouldn't let me add them. The whole place was disgusting, and I would never recommend it. There were damp patches all over the walls. They don't leave a card to say whether you want the room cleaned or prefer nobody to enter, so the cleaning lady kept coming in and out without telling us or getting our permission. I don't know how it gets such a high score on Booking.

The room was simple but had everything we needed, and the accommodation had a funky feel and lots of character. Its location was amazing. Several other sights were a short walk away, the main sites like the cathedral and palace were under a 30-minute walk, and the train station was about 25 minutes away. Restaurants, bars, bakeries, and small supermarkets were right outside. Highly recommended!

We had several huge cockroaches in the ground-floor apartment, making this the worst accommodation experience of my life. When we told the owner, he said it wasn't true and ignored the problem. We sent him pictures and a video, then he stopped replying. Definitely avoid this place!

We stayed two nights in this lovely traditional palace in Seville. The place was very clean, with a small kitchenette and a narrow enclosed balcony. The location was really cool, with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Our host was accommodating and even helped us get into our parking space off the square. Highly recommend!
