We slept so well in the comfortable bed, and the traditional Spanish decor gave the room a lovely feel. Breakfast had a nice range of fresh fruit, pastries, cereal and drinks. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and tapas bars, restaurants and the cathedral are all a short walk away. Loved our stay.

The shower setup was a problem: the tub was deep to climb into and extremely slippery, while the lack of walls meant water got everywhere. On top of that, construction in the building next door started right outside our room, making it impossible to sleep past 6 a.m. Room 30 shouldn’t be booked while that work is going on. It was a really terrible stay.

The only thing keeping this from five stars was the lack of natural light in the room. Otherwise, we were very happy with our three nights: the staff were helpful, the hotel was comfortable and central, and there was a welcome drink plus tea, coffee and water available. We stayed in a deluxe room that was on offer.

Jacob, the manager, made a great impression: friendly, knowledgeable and so accommodating. This is an amazing hotel, and we’ll come back whenever we’re in Seville.

The hotel has a peaceful feel, especially around the central courtyard seating area. Our clean room had a lot of character, nice furniture and a very high ceiling. Everything was within easy walking distance, which made it a great base for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and helpful. A lovely boutique hotel.
