Estela, the site manager, spoke very good English, so our lack of Spanish wasn’t a problem at all. The staff were kind and helpful, and the facilities were great. We were only there for a weekend, but everything went really well. Totally recommend 🙌🏻

The food was tasty and there was enough of it. There’s a gym and plenty of shared space, and it’s a good place for students. A bus gets you to the center in about 15 minutes.

For what the rooms cost, they’re incredibly underwhelming. The double rooms feel like an insult, and the food is basically an assassination attempt.

I’ve lived here for three years, and it really feels like home. The atmosphere is welcoming, and I’ve made amazing friends who are now my best friends. The kitchen team always takes good care of me, especially with adapting meals for my lactose intolerance. Elena, Tamara, and Loli are the best. The cleaning staff are excellent too, and thanks to Estela at reception for sorting out our issues. Santi is a fantastic guy who always looks out for us. Enrique from maintenance fixes room problems as quickly as he can. I’d definitely come back.

I was very comfortable during my time at the residence and I’m really happy with the stay. The services are excellent, and the staff are friendly and professional. Estela, Santi, Enrique, Mali, Rosa, Luis, Loli, and Elena are all great. I highly recommend it.
