Cristina was really helpful, and we had everything we needed in the apartment. The location is excellent, though we sometimes got turned around in the little streets nearby. We’d definitely recommend it.

We found the entry instructions easy to follow, and the apartment was huge, airy, and very clean, with two bathrooms. It was also quiet even though it’s in the center of Sevilla. I’d give four stars because of two things: the toilet brush, and the lights in the shared open area. Some light chains or candles would help there, since the lighting kept going out every two or three minutes and made it impossible to spend time in the space in the evening.
I enjoyed staying here for almost four weeks, especially having space and a balcony for breakfast. This was my second Singular property, and I liked the theming. The location made it easy to explore, with the tram, markets, cathedral, palace, a nearby hamam, and a flamenco theatre all close by. Staff were good, and the cleaner was exceptional, really helpful and understanding of our Spanglish. Cheers.
We paid a lot, but the stay wasn't worth it. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment was fairly spacious, but it was in a narrow, dirty, smelly alley, and the apartment smelled too. The sheets and pillowcases weren't properly clean. Bug traps were in every room, even in closets, and some closet doors wouldn't move. We never saw any staff, and couldn't reach anyone by phone when we needed help. One morning the hallway alarm went off several times for no obvious reason, and we couldn't do anything about it. Water pressure was low, so showering was an adventure.
The apartment itself was okay, though small, and being right in central Seville made up for the size. The entrance is down a disgusting street that smelled horrendous, like a dog's toilet. We booked for Easter.
