Our flights from Australia to Spain were cancelled after the conflict in Iran began in March, as we were travelling through the Middle East. We had booked this lovely apartment for four nights in April, fully understanding that the booking was non refundable. We contacted the agency straight away, apologised, and asked if they might consider a refund or perhaps a credit voucher, since we plan to travel to Seville next year. They replied immediately and asked for proof of the cancellation. We sent the airline’s official email confirming the flights were cancelled and the airfares refunded. The agency then agreed to return the full booking payment, and the money arrived promptly. They had no obligation to do this, and we’re sincerely grateful for their understanding and generosity. Most of the accommodation agencies we used for this sadly cancelled trip also refunded us. Viva Espagna! We SHALL RETURN!

The apartments are well placed, close to the restaurants and centre, and check-in was seamless. They sent the entry codes on the day we arrived, with great communication throughout. Highly recommended.

The apartment was clean and in a good location, but parking was a real hassle. There’s no nearby park or street parking, and the closest option we found was a 10 minute walk away and cost 22 euros a day. The bathroom was inside one of the bedrooms, which made it very impractical. The Wi-Fi is shared and sometimes gets very slow, and you can hear everything happening in the street from the room. Check-in was a 10 minute walk away too. That just made no sense.

No lift, and the apartment was cramped and stuffy. The AC wasn’t working. Our group reached Seville late in the evening and had to go hunting for a better hotel to check into.

This place felt clean and homey, and the staff were super helpful and accommodating. It’s our next spot to call home. Can’t ask for more 😊
