The Zentral Suites & Apartments

We stayed in the apartment on Calle Eloy as a group of three. It had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchen with everything we needed. Very spacious and conveniently located. We’d definitely return.

I stayed with my spouse and children in the Penthouse, 2 Bedrooms, Terrace (Plaza Europa nº 2). The immediate area was quiet and close to shops, restaurants, and playgrounds. There aren’t major city attractions right nearby, though the town is pleasant for long walks. The apartment could work for a couple of nights, but I don’t think I’d come back. There was visible mold in almost every room, worst in the room with the two twin beds. The bathroom extractor fan didn’t seem to have a way to turn on, which may explain it. We couldn’t use the terrace, since it belongs to the lower-floor accommodations and is part of a dark internal courtyard. The floors hadn’t been swept, with plenty of hair and dirt, and most of the dishes were dirty. In the bath, the shower drain grate was held by two long, loose rusty screws. The toilet-paper holder was missing parts and unusable. The rubber was gone from the floor-mounted door stop, leaving a screw sticking up, and the door wouldn’t lock. The water heater was laughably small, giving us almost two comfortable showers per 12 hours. One plastic dining chair was split down the middle of the seat. After booking, the host repeatedly asked us to send adult passport information through several methods before they would provide the entry codes. Some requests went to other people, and somehow one of my email replies never arrived. After sending the codes, they made one last request for me to download an app to submit the information. Once the codes came through, though, access was clearly explained and easy.

We spent one night in Seville as a family, and the apartment was a great fit. It was clean, newly furnished, and convenient, with air conditioning that mattered a lot in the 36°C heat. The receptionist was very professional and spoke excellent English. At €90 for the night, it felt like very good value. Thank you!

We were three people staying for two nights in a two-bedroom apartment-style room. It was modern and very clean, with strong air conditioning and internet, comfortable firm beds, plenty of extra linens, and a kitchen stocked with dishes and flatware. Being able to leave our luggage after checkout was especially helpful. I spent the whole afternoon in Sevilla, and carrying bags around would have been really uncomfortable.
