The pillows were awful, and the apartment overall was dirty and neglected: a stained toilet bowl, dirty floor, dishes and glasses, greasy knives, and a dirty microwave rack. One bathroom had such a strong sewage smell that we couldn't use it, and its sink was too small, leaving the cabinet door in terrible shape and hanging from its hinges. There was nowhere to hang towels, the main bathroom shower leaked, and the clothesline was broken. The kitchen had very few utensils, with no container for oven food or salad. We felt uncomfortable because it seemed the place hadn't been cleaned properly. We contacted the owner when we noticed the problems, but nothing was really fixed. Someone was sent to clean and nothing changed, so we had to wash everything in the kitchen before using it. I really don't recommend it; we had a terrible experience.

This is a serious safety hazard. They gave me a valid access code and the manager urged me to enter, but the apartment was occupied. Following their instructions, I entered twice and found people inside, violating the privacy and security of the guests and putting me in a risky, humiliating position. Imagine being asleep and having the company give a stranger the code to walk in. This happened with Quintana Acacias (Valcambre). Afterward, they left me stranded on the street at midnight over supposed “overbooking.” They offered no solution and washed their hands of it. If you care about safety and privacy, run from here. This isn't accommodation, it's a public hazard. ZERO STARS.

It was easy to find, felt safe, and was close to everything. I just wish the construction work hadn't started at 7:00, since I couldn't get proper rest.
