U-Sense Sevilla Catedral

The location is very good, right in the historic area and close to the cathedral, and the hotel concierge were kind and helpful. I still gave it 5 stars, but a few things could be better. Breakfast is left in a box at the door the night before, and we found a few ants inside. The air conditioning is fixed at 24°C, with no way to lower it, even though Sevilla gets warm. It would also help to have clear contact details and somewhere to leave luggage until the room is ready. We had to ask around nearby before someone directed us to a hotel a few blocks away that manages this property. I recommend the place, with those details in mind.

We stayed in the two-bedroom apartment at U-Sense Sevilla Catedral, and both my friend and I enjoyed it. It was clean and well air-conditioned, with comfortable beds and a nice closet in each room. The area felt very safe and is close to major attractions and restaurants. Staff communication was good too. They sent arrival and check-in instructions over WhatsApp and responded promptly. A couple of practical things: Santa Justa train station isn’t nearby, so we took a cab when going on a day trip to Cordoba. Our kitchen had no hand or dish soap, and the washing machine was available but there was no detergent, so bring your own if you plan to wash dishes or laundry properly. I’d recommend the apartment for its location, upkeep, and helpful communication.

The front bedroom faces the street, and you do hear street noise at night. Apart from that, the apartment is excellent, well stocked and appointed, and the staff are friendly and know their stuff. They had great restaurant and entertainment suggestions when we asked. The location couldn’t be more central, with everything within walking distance.

Really helpful staff, a great location, and a spotless apartment with a comfortable bed and bedding. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely come back.
