I had a lovely week here as a wedding guest. The staff were wonderful and incredibly helpful, and I really enjoyed the pool. The location worked well, with a tram stop nearby and plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The AC worked perfectly, and overall I had a good time. A few things in the room could use updating. There weren’t enough outlets at the nightstand, so I had to choose between using the bedside lamp and charging my phone. The lamps, including the standing lamp, looked dated and had stains, and the carpet had some random stains too. The bathroom drain had some rust, though a handyman was meant to fix it and I couldn’t let him into the room at the time, so that part was on me. I’d also have preferred a softer bed. Just sharing this feedback in hopes it helps them keep doing their best.

We had dinner here, and the seabass was the best I’ve ever had. Breakfast was a treat, too, with both buffet and a la carte choices included. The staff were top notch, friendly, and accommodating, and the spa was a delight. My one disappointment was the rooftop pool. It wasn’t heated and was so cold we couldn’t go in. Still, this hotel is a gem, and I’d highly recommend it if you want to feel like loyalty.

The rooftop pool and bar have stunning views, and breakfast was excellent. We spent a lovely week here. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were consistently helpful, polite, and professional. We’ll definitely be back.

Whenever we’re in Soller, we try to have lunch here, and it always delivers. The menu has plenty of choice, everything is cooked just right, and it’s good value. We’ve never stayed at the hotel, but the service has always been friendly and attentive. It’s a peaceful oasis away from the town’s busy tourist areas, well worth the diversion.

We spent an afternoon at the rooftop pool with Aperol Spritz, and it was a lovely part of our stay. The grounds are beautifully kept, with a peaceful, charming feel, and every detail seems well cared for. Staff welcomed us warmly from the moment we arrived and were always ready to help. Breakfast was fantastic, with lots of fresh, delicious choices, and it’s included. Highly recommend Gran Hotel Sóller!
