The room smelled of smoke, even the bedsheets, and I had to sleep with the window open. I asked the staff whether breakfast could be complimentary. The woman offered us another room, though it hadn't been refurbished, so we chose to stay put. She promised us free breakfast, then refused the next day, saying we could only have it if we'd stayed in the unrefurbished room. I felt offended by how she treated us. She also told me she knew our room smelled smoky. The staff weren't nice to us.

The staff were nice, even with us speaking Spanglish 😆. Breakfasts were enjoyable, and my room smelled good and got a decent clean every day. It was a little cold, though maybe that's just a Spanish thing. The Wi-Fi was a bit slow in my room, so bear that in mind.

The place was clean and well located, and the woman at the counter was nice. The owner or manager was rude, though. It's also really noisy, with sound coming through the walls. The upstairs noise was ridiculous and carried on late.

The desks hadn't been cleaned, and there was paper and other rubbish all over the floor. We tried all four kinds of tapas on offer. Low quality food, but it did fill us up.

Dinner was really good and inexpensive, and the Sangria was amazing. The staff were very nice and polite, with a great view and the beach close by. Highly recommended!
