The owners were lovely and attentive throughout, and the apartments felt spacious, cozy, and very clean. Heating was excellent and adjustable, the bathrooms were comfortable, and there was an extra bed if needed. The fireplaces and outdoor barbecue had everything for lighting them. A couple of small things could be better: the bed frames or mattresses are quite basic and may not suit everyone, and a coffee cup would be handy. We also couldn't get the coffee maker to dispense more than half its water.

The house has everything needed for a comfortable stay and is well located. Ruth and her family were kind and helpful.

Ruth was lovely, answering our questions and giving clear explanations and tips about routes and activities. The apartments were clean and comfortable for our family weekend. Sotos is also a handy base for excursions around the Serranía de Cuenca.

There’s a big outdoor patio with tables, chairs, and a firepit, and the owner showed us the museum downstairs and offered us some liqueurs he makes himself. The apartments were spacious, clean, and had what we needed for a great rural weekend. If you plan to grill, bring your own grills.
