Claudia, who runs this establishment, is a really lovely lady. She’s quick to reply to messages and offers the best deals. She helped us arrange a speedboat trip to Formentera, and we had a fantastic day. I’ve used her services twice before and will again. The water in Formentera is the bluest you’ll ever see.
We rented a boat through this company and had a bad experience. It was very windy on the day, so going out by boat wasn’t possible. The skipper even said he didn’t understand why we hadn’t cancelled. A professional company should have told us the conditions weren’t suitable and offered another day, but we weren’t told anything. The boat arrived 45 minutes after the agreed time, then couldn’t enter the Marina of Formentera, costing us another hour. We ended up paying for a different boat to reach the one we’d rented. We didn’t get to use our boat as expected, asked for a half-day refund, and got nothing. I don’t recommend this broker for boat rentals.
