Luxury estudio en Playa Roca a primera linea del mar

The setting is very peaceful and quiet, but I found the place underwhelming. The pool had only about 25 sunbeds for this huge apartment complex. There’s no pool bar or restaurant, as both are closed, and no reception area, just a building site. A space that looks like it may once have been a function room is derelict and a real eyesore.

A lovely private pool area, secure parking and gated access. It’s a great little spot with nice apartments.

The entrance is really unappealing, with an abandoned, unwelcoming look. People passing by who are looking for a complex like this might just carry on. The accommodation I visited was clean, nicely presented and had a walled garden. Public areas and the pool were clean too. The location’s pretty good: there’s a bus stop outside, a local supermarket just down the road and a good choice of restaurants nearby. Beach access is easy, and it’s close to the airport. My family rented from a private owner for four weeks at a very good price.

We spent more than 30 days here and had a wonderful stay. The gated complex felt secure, and the direct access to the promenade was great. The pool was lovely, and on many days we had it to ourselves. Keep in mind that all the apartments are privately owned, so they vary. Our apartment, really a villa, was superb, but we know that some listings on other booking sites were very different. Quite a few units are residential too, so the people staying here are a mix.
