Nazaret Sol Apartments

The pool setup was lovely, with plenty of beds, tables and chairs by the bar. The rooms are very basic, though. You have to put the kettle or toaster on the table to plug them in, which seems dangerous if you have little ones. The microwave is above the sink, so you have to duck down to use it. There wasn’t enough hot water for two showers in a row or to run a bath, and the bath has a curved bottom that makes it hard to stand straight. There was also building work next door, with banging and drilling from around 8 each morning.

Costa Teguise is an easy walk away, with the beach, shops and restaurants only minutes away. The apartments and pool were clean and tidy, and most of what you need is there. They are starting to feel a bit dated and really could use a refresh.

The pool bar was good, and the woman serving there was nice. It’s just two minutes from a couple of bars and restaurants, and about five minutes from a square with more places. The rooms were clean, though they could do with an update. That didn’t bother us, and we’d come again.

The staff were fantastic, and the pool area and beach bar were good. There are laundry facilities too, just ask reception for the key and pay €4 for a token to wash and dry. Our apartment was big enough for three, with an extra bed in the living room and a small kitchen with a toaster, kettle, microwave and coffee maker. A local Spar is only two minutes away, beside I pubs, and the beach, shops and restaurants are a short ten-minute walk. We had no issues and would definitely return soon.
