Someone is advertising a house on Booking.com and TripAdvisor as “Casa Relajente Teruel” (Relaxing House Teruel), using this rural house’s address and photos of a place that doesn’t exist. They ask for €1500 for four days, then the woman stops replying once payment is made. It looks like a scam. I can’t say whether the actual owner has anything to do with it. The listing also appears on other apps and describes the place as fully renovated.

Diego was kind to us throughout the stay, and we’re very grateful. We had a lovely family weekend in a quiet, comfortable house, just what we needed. It’s a little way from the center, though still close enough to pick up dinner supplies or head out for a walk.

Beautiful views, amazing sunrises and sunsets, and such lovely owners. The house was cool and had everything we needed. I can’t work out how the washing machine worked, haha, but this is the best house ever! We’re definitely coming back in winter, and next time we’ll rent it for longer. Thanks for everything! ♥️

The terrace is a lovely spot for a drink as the sun goes down, and there’s a garden with a barbecue. The whole property is fenced in and has a gate, which is great. Teruel is right nearby, with the city center only a two-minute drive away. Perfect.

Even in the middle of a heatwave, the house stayed cool. The beds were comfortable too, and we had a great time using the barbecue to cook the typical Teruel T-bone steaks. It’s an ideal house just a few minutes from Teruel. Diego, the owner, was really friendly and suggested places for us to visit.
