Our group was there for work, so we took the rooms we were given. Some had double beds and others had twin beds, so be clear if you specifically want one proper double. The beds were very comfortable, and every room had some kind of balcony or patio. It’s a small, quiet hotel tucked into Palma’s backstreets, around a 20-30 minute walk from town depending on your pace. There’s no pool, and the bar’s drink selection and hours are limited, though it does the job. There aren’t views either, since the hotel doesn’t rise above the surrounding buildings. We enjoyed our stay.

Luca really helped make our time in Palma memorable. The rest of the staff were friendly and professional too, including the lovely woman looking after the breakfast area. The hotel was spotless, and our room was great, with excellent air conditioning and a fridge stocked with items at good prices if you wanted them.

Parking is available if you have a car, for 11€/day. The centre is about a half-hour walk away. Our room was small but very clean, and the service was decent. It was a pleasant stay, though I didn’t think it was good value for the money.

The beds were comfy and the rooms were fine, and reception was lovely. It’s a bit of a walk into town, but the bus makes it easy to get there. Worked well for a couple of days.

Our reservation was cancelled the day before we were due to leave for Mallorca. The hotel said it was overbooked, so we were left without a place to stay at the last minute. At least we got our money back.
