At Apartamentos Los Arcos, the heating worked really well and the apartment felt cozy. The mattress was great and the pillows comfortable, so we slept wonderfully. The stay as a whole wasn’t positive, though. The soundproofing is poor and noise carries from other rooms, while the cleaning is minimal. The location is okay, with shops and points of interest fairly close.

We came hoping to visit the city and stay somewhere good, but left disappointed. The place smelled damp, the towels we were given were dirty, and the shower was broken. Communication with the people responsible was through WhatsApp, and they seemed offended by any question or suggestion. We were told clean towels would be brought, but no one showed up. There’s no one to speak to at the accommodation. Foreign workers who don’t speak Spanish come to fix the room and then leave. There are better options in Teruel at similar prices. We won’t be back.

The location is central and peaceful, and parking was easy. At Estudios Los Arcos, I found the rooms clean and supplied with everything I needed. The bed was large and comfortable, and the kitchen was what you’d expect in a studio. The owner was attentive throughout my stay. Teruel is a beautiful city, and I recommend it 100%. I had a fantastic experience and highly recommend the place.

The shared areas felt welcoming, and the studios had everything we needed. It was all spotless, with a calm, warm feel as soon as we arrived. I loved the place and felt really well looked after. Thanks for making our time in Teruel so comfortable and enjoyable.

We had no trouble parking in the quiet area, and it was free. The studio had everything we needed, and the common room was lovely. It was clean, well located, and everything felt just right. We'd happily come back.
